 (Granbury, TX: May 9, 2011) – HIRZL, the leading specialist for high performance sports gloves, is pleased to announce that LPGA Tour star Anna Nordqvist will be competing as a HIRZL Staff Player using HIRZL’s SOFFFT™ Flex performance gloves.
Nordqvist, currently ranked 20th in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings, is a Major Champion Winner (2009 LPGA Championship), multiple LPGA Tour winner (including the
LPGA Championship and LPGA Tour Championship) and 2009 Solheim Cup participant. Anna turned professional in 2009 after a distinguished amateur career in which she was a two-time All-American at Arizona State University. She was the runner-up in the 2009 LPGA Louise Suggs Rolex Rookie of the Year race and captured the Ryder Cup Wales Ladies European Tour (LET) Rookie of the Year award.
